My latest for CIO Online features real results form CIOs actively deploying AI agents to empower sales and revenue teams.

Are AI agents closing deals? Not yet — but they're empowering revenue teams and driving real business results in the process.

My latest feature for CIO Online looks into the many ways AI agents are assisting sales workflows. The CIOs I interviewed are actively deploying AI agents in their interanl sales teams, and they shared some really impressive early quantitative results.

Agentic AI in this area seems like a low-hanging fruit for many areas, from customer research, to new prospecting methods, automating follow-up, validating inbound leads, creating custom decks and go-to-market plans, and more.

That said, it'll take some guardrails and limits around the exact roles, strong data foudcations, only access data it's authorized to check, espeically with multi-agent architectues.

Check out the piece and let me know what you think!
