6 agentic knowledge base styles in practice

My latest for The New Stack looks at six agentic knowledge base implementations in the real-world.

How are organizations actually using agentic knowledge bases in practice? Excited to share my article for The New Stack that looks at six emerging patterns.

Use cases span standardizing coding styles, streamlining integrations, acting as a source of truth for business intelligence, allowing governed access to capabilities via MCP, and more.

All in all, sources shared a lot of inspirational areas where knowledge bases are coalescing institutional knowledge to reduce busy work and backend tasks. Some of the case studies already have impressive benchmark results.

Thank you to the experts who shared how they're witnessing this unfold in practice! The article features, in order of appearance:

-
Ajay Prakash, senior staff software engineer, LinkedIn
-
AnushaKovi, business intelligence engineer, Amazon
-
Tim Bond, chief product officer, Adeptia
-
Neeraj Abhyankar, VP of data and AI, R Systems
-
Arturo Buzzalino, group vice president and chief innovation officer, Epicor
-
Tim Wagner, CEO and co-founder, Vendia
